Craft Vendors

This event is open to handmade craft vendors only, on the Gazebo side, Non-crafters and MLM's will be located on the other side of the Park. You do not have to live in the Waterford area to vend at the event. This is a juried event so we can make sure that there is a good variety of arts and crafts offered at the event.

Applications will  be accepted from MLM vendors such as Tupperware, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc. You will be in the opposite side of the park

If you have any questions about the crafts or becoming a vendor, please email us at infowaterfordheritagedays@gmail.com

You will need to download this form and mail it in with your check by June 12023 Crafter/MLM Application

Those craft vendor applications postmarked by May 1 will receive a $25 discount on their booth fee.

Food Vendors

In years past, this event only allowed Fort LeBoeuf School District area nonprofits to vend food in the park. Due to changes at the Erie County Department of Health, the license fee for a 3-day event has gone up considerably. That and other factors may negatively impact these groups. The spots will be offered to these groups first and any remaining spots will be filled with other vendors. This will become necessary in order to keep a wide variety of food offerings in the park. If you have any questions about the food or becoming a vendor, please email the Food Vendor Chair at infowaterfordheritagedays@gmail.com

Local Non-Profits will need to download this form and mail it in with your check by March 15: 2023 Food Vendor Application

You may also want to download the following guide: 2023Food Vendor Guidelines Tri-Fold

Commercial food vendors may download the above form and mail it in with your check by  May 31. Any spaces available after receiving the local non-profit applications will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with commercial vendors. Get your application in early to be first in line for open spots. Please provide proof of annual food license with your application.

You will also need to download this form and mail it in with your food vendor license application fee payable to ECDH by June 22 if you dont already have an annual food license from the health department: ECDH Temporary Food License Application

You will need to return the Temporary Food License Form along with the check to the Food Vendor Chair for Waterford Heritage Days, not directly to the Erie County Department of Health. These forms have to be turned in by the Chair as a complete packet for the event. Turning in your forms directly to ECDH may result in your application not be reunited with the event packet.

Non-Profits in the Park

This event only allows Fort LeBoeuf School District area non-profits to set up a booth in the park along the south east sidewalk. In years past, we had churches doing bake sales, the organizations doing print or basket raffles, and the Asbury UMC Strawberry Ice Cream Social. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please email us at infowaterfordheritagedays@gmail.com

You will need to download this form and mail it in by June 1: 2023 Non-Profit Application

Off-Site Non-Profits

This event creates a unique opportunity to the Waterford area non-profits near the parks. All the event advertising brings in thousands of people to our little town. Local non-profits (and businesses) can take advantage of the increased traffic that weekend to host your own event at your facility and can be included in the advertising for the event. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please email us at infowaterfordheritagedays@gmail.com

You will need to download this form and mail it in by April 1 to be included in the print materials and schedule of events: 2023 Non-Profit Application for Off-Site Events

Participating Off-Site Non-Profits also have the opportunity to advertise their event or activity in the information booth. Simply bring your flyer over to the information booth in the park on Friday morning and we will post it for you if we have your completed application.

We are not responsible for late, lost or missing applications. If we do not receive your information in a timely fashion, your event will not be included in the print materials or schedules. You are free to do your own advertising for your event.
