|Waterford Days - Arts and Crafts Application/Rules Forms and Fliers|
Waterford Days for 2019 will be held the weekend of July 19, 20, and 21.
This event is open to handmade craft vendors only. You do not have to live in the Waterford area to vend at the event. This is a juried event so we can make sure that there is a good variety of arts and crafts offered at the event. Applications will not be accepted from MLM vendors such as Tupperware, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc. If you have any questions about the crafts or becoming a vendor, please email the Craft Chair at Crafts@WaterfordDays.com
You will need to download this form and mail it in with your check by June 1: 2019 Craft Vendor Application
Those craft vendor applications postmarked by May 1 will receive a $25 discount on their booth fee.
In years past, this event only allowed Fort LeBoeuf School District area nonprofits to vend food in the park. Due to changes at the Erie County Department of Health, the license fee for a 3-day event has gone up considerably. That and other factors may negatively impact these groups. The spots will be offered to these groups first and any remaining spots will be filled with other vendors. This will become necessary in order to keep a wide variety of food offerings in the park. If you have any questions about the food or becoming a vendor, please email the Food Vendor Chair at Food@WaterfordDays.com
You will need to download this form and mail it in with your check by May 1:
You will also need to download this form and mail it in with your check by July 1:
You will need to return the Temporary Food License Form along with the check to the Food Vendor Chair for Waterford Heritage Days, not directly to the Erie County Department of Health. These forms have to be turned in by the Chair as a complete packet for the event. Turning in your forms directly to ECDH may result in your application not be reunited with the event packet.
Non-Profits in the Park
This event only allows Fort LeBoeuf School District area non-profits to set up a booth in the park. In years past, we have had bake sales, print or basket raffles, and the Asbury UMC with their Strawberry Ice Cream Social. If you have any questions about this opportunity or would like a booth for your organization, please email the Non-Profit Chair at NonProfits@WaterfordDays.com
This event creates a unique opportunity to the Waterford area non-profits near the parks. All the event advertising brings in thousands of people to our little town. Local non-profits (and businesses) can take advantage of the increased traffic that weekend to host own own event at your facility and can be included in the advertising for the event. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please email the Non-Profit Chair at NonProfits@WaterfordDays.com
You will need to download this form and mail it in by April 15 to be included in the print materials and schedule of events: 2019 Non-Profit Application
Off-Site Non-Profits also have the opportunity to advertise their event or activity in the information booth. Simply bring your flyer over to the information booth in the park on Friday morning and we will post it for you if we have your completed application.
The parade steps off from the Fort LeBoeuf High School at 10:00am on Saturday. Line-up starts a 9:00am. If you have any questions about the parade, please email the Parade Chair at Parade@WaterfordDays.com
